Reservations

  • This reservation form may be submitted after September 7th 2010. All fields are required.
  • Please include the grade level(s). Kindergarten classes will be given priority for all 9:30 performances.
  • Tickets are $4.00 per person per show, including chaperones.
  • When entering ticket counts please remember to include teachers and chaperones. PAYS recommends one adult for every 10-15 students.
  • Use the Notes fields to let us know about special accommodations, minimum days, etc. If a particular date/time is non-negotiable, please let us know as such, along with the reason.
  • Schools will be invoiced approximately six weeks before the show. Payments are due prior to the performances. Late payments may jeopardize your reservation or place at the performance.
  • A $5.00 handling fee will be added for groups ordering fewer than 10 seats per season.
  • Refunds will be made ONLY if cancellation is received three weeks before a performance.
  • For 2010-11 PAYS performances, the fee for all buses will be $275. Bill Hicks, our Transportation Coordinator will make all the arrangements for your bus and bill each school after the show.
  • Payment for the buses MUST be received at the PAYS office within 30 days after the performance. Bill will coordinate the times for each school to attend the performances along with the PAYS office.

Incomplete reservations will not be processed. All fields required.
